Pickup Policy

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pick-up address: 5355 Goring St, Burnaby, BC

Orders can be picked up from 11:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. on every Monday and Thursday. If the front door is closed, please knock the door. 

Orders will be ready within 24 hours of business time. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. After receiving the confirmation email, you can come to the store on every Monday or Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. to pick up your order, please show the confirmation email with the order number when picking up! Thank you!

If your order contains pre-ordered items, we will send you a confirmation email when all pre-ordered items in your order are ready!

PLEASE NOTE:

Please contact our Customer Service Team at admin@koopets.ca with questions regarding your orders, and within 48 hours of receiving your order if you found a problem (item missing, damage, etc).
