WE ONLY PROVIDE SHIPPING SERVICE WITHIN CANADA

FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days, unless the items in your order are preorder.

Flat rate shipping fee of CA$15.00 applies to orders shipping to Canada, using Purolator. Shipping standard is 3-10 business days.

Free shipping on orders over CA$200.00 in Canada.

We do not guarantee the delivery time. The courier we used in Canada is Purolator. Please track the delivery information of the package in time. You can track your package from the official website of Purolator by using the tracking number: https://www.purolator.com/en/shipping/tracker

You must ensure that you provide your full and correct shipping address and information (including name, phone number, postal code, and buzz code if needed). If the carrier cannot safe drop your parcel and provide you with a pick-up notice or bring your parcel back to their facility instead, you must contact the carrier to assist you with the situation further first. Please note we will no longer be responsible for your parcel when the carrier's tracking system shows that the parcel is delivered.

If you want to change your shipping address or information, please email us at admin@koopets.ca before we fulfill your order. We can no longer instruct the carrier what to do after we fulfill the order.

We do not take responsibility for shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or delays. Please contact our Customer Service Team at admin@koopets.ca with questions regarding your orders, and within 48 hours of receiving your order if you found a problem (item missing, damage, etc).
